Field Operations and Design
Ben brings over 20 years of experience in residential construction, civil engineering, and project management. As owner of Warner Developments LLC, he has overseen major home builds, managed crews, coordinated subcontractors, and delivered projects from planning to completion.
Ben’s engineering background gives Warner Built a strong technical foundation. He specializes in structural design, material efficiency, estimating, and workflow optimization, all critical to building an advanced, assembly-line production system.
Ben is passionate about designing better homes, building smarter, and helping families access high-quality housing they can afford. His vision for innovation is central to Warner Built’s mission to modernize the construction process.
Cade Warner
Field Operations & Project Delivery
Cade has more than 10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, excavation, and project management. As a foreman for RWC LLC, he has supervised crews, managed budgets, coordinated daily operations, and ensured projects were completed on time and to the highest standards.
His background includes site preparation, framing, grading, equipment operation, and client communication, experience that directly supports Warner Built’s production goals. Cade plays a key role in daily factory operations, quality control, and ensuring efficiency across every phase of the build.

Dylan Thompson
Maintenance & Systems Technician
Dylan brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems, fabrication, equipment maintenance, and construction support. His background includes work with the Lewiston School District, Revolution Motorsports, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, and long-term agricultural and equipment operations, where reliability, precision, and problem-solving were essential.
At Warner Built, Dylan oversees factory and equipment maintenance, ensuring production areas remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. When maintenance demands are met, he supports construction and assembly teams to keep workflow on track and production targets moving forward. His practical skill set in equipment repair, quality control, logistics, and troubleshooting makes him a key contributor to Warner Built’s day-to-day reliability and operational success.
Lori Warner
Administrative Director
Lori brings more than 30 years of experience in business management, bookkeeping, payroll, and customer relations. She has managed multiple businesses, including RWC LLC, and spent 12 years with Wells Fargo as a teller, lead teller and service manager.
Lori oversees Warner Built’s administrative, financial, and operational systems including accounting, HR, payroll, contracts, and compliance. She ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes so the production team can stay focused on building homes.

Blake Warner
Automation & Systems Consultant
Blake is a Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer specializing in automation, PLC programming, and system integration. He develops advanced automation solutions for OEM equipment and provides on-site commissioning to ensure each system operates efficiently and reliably.
At Warner Built, Blake advises on assembly-line development, automation planning, and process optimization. His expertise is critical to building the high-efficiency production system that sets Warner Built apart from traditional builders.

Melva Eichner
Administrative Support
Melva brings over 20 years of experience in finance, HR, and executive administration. She has held key roles at Bank of Whitman, Ritzville Warehouse Co., Coleman Oil, and most recently served as City Clerk for the City of Juliaetta.
At Warner Built, Melva supports accounting, recordkeeping, customer communication, and administrative operations. Her professionalism, accuracy, and organizational skills help maintain smooth office operations and strong client relationships.
