Our Process
- Every Modular Starts with our design team. Utilizing animationed walk-throughs, they can make your dream house come to life.
- The heart of the efficiency lies in the assembly line process. Each modular will begin moving down an assembly line, integrating 21st century efficiency, cutting edge precision, and safe environment for raw materials.
- Fully wrapped and protected, each modular makes its way down the highway nearly 80% complete, ready to be set on foundation within weeks as opposed to months.
- On the morning of setting day, all you see is a foundation and concrete walls. By night the next day, a crane has set your home in place—fully sealed, protected from the elements, and already more than 80% complete.
- With your home already 80% complete, final finishes move fast. Once the home is set, move-in follows quickly. Combined with optional landscaping services, stepping into a brand-new custom home on your own property is an easy, streamlined experience.
